It’s a comfortable walk to the entire Gruene Historic District. Gruene also has Tour De Gruene in November, Gruene Country Christmas in December and every third weekend is Gruene Market Days.

Brand new, huge condos, at an exceptional price in historic Gruene TX! Large open floor plans with on suite bathrooms attached to each room. Jennifer & staff were excellent. Large Family friendly pool. Definitely going back next year!

Location: Less than 1 mile to downtown Gruene, so a perfect location. Could walk to Gruene Hall and downtown shopping. Adjacent to several river tubing companies for easy river access. Property: This property is only a year old and spotless. The on-site management was friendly and extremely helpful. We were a group of three couples and the unit had three large, comfortable bedrooms, each with a FULL bath. Full size kitchen, dining and living room + full size washer/dryer. Greatly exceeded our expectations. Nice outdoor space with tables and lawn games.

Plenty of room for our Family!

We arrived to a very clean space with plenty of room for our family! It was nice to have a bedroom with an entrance away from the living area. Appliances were all brand new, kitchen was fully stocked. Very close walking distance to Gruene Hall I!!! We hope to return again 🙂
